Our Returns Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases. However, in the event that you aren’t satisfied, we will happily arrange an exchange or refund of any goods purchased provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase; and
  • You have proof of purchase, typically your receipt; and
  • The item is not soiled, damaged and is in original condition; and
  • The item is not made-to-order or is a special order*

We will refund your money the same way you purchased the item.

The rights provided to you in this policy are in addition to your statutary rights.

* Special Orders means orders for goods that are not in stock and the goods were specially obtained for you.

Returning an item purchased

You have 2 options.

1. In Person

You can return any item to us in person please ring Maureen on 0416 899 588 to arrange a suitable time. Please ensure you have your original receipt with you.
If you are returning the good(s) due to change of mind, we will only refund the cost of the good(s). We will not be able to refund the delivery portion of the payment.

Or

2. By Post

Please ensure you take care to protect the good(s) you wish to return when posting. The return postage is your responsibility. If possible, return the goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for good(s) lost in transit.

How much will be credited or refunded

We will refund your money the same way you have purchased the good(s). This means, we will either credit your account or send you a cheque or cash (COD) once the good(s) have been returned. Refunds may take up to three days to process.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are faulty*.
If the good(s) are faulty*, we will pay for the postage to return the faulty* good(s) and we will also pay for the postage to send the new good(s) to you.

If you are returning goods due to change of mind, then you will incur the cost of postage. Once we receive the good(s), we will refund the cost of good(s). We will not be able to refund the delivery portion of the payment.

* Items will be deemed faulty once they have been returned to the store and verified.
