How to Order

To order your Read-at-Ease Products, just follow our easy 4 steps order process.

Read the product information, note the product code, and view the photos provided.

All our products (except the chair raisers, box steps and ramps) are on display at The Independent Living Centre in Cockburn and Nedlands.

Place an Order

Place your order by completing our Online Order Form below.

Complete your contact details and include the Product Name and the Product Code. We will then contact you to confirm your order.

Or call Maureen on 0416 899 588 to place your order over the phone during Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (WST).

How to Pay

After we have confirmed your order with you and answered any questions you have, we will provide you with information on How to Pay for your products.

We accept payment by Direct Debit or Cheque. GST is not charged.

Postage are additional costs and is calculated according to post code from 6112.

Postage and Delivery

We will then package and arrange delivery of your order. All care is taken when packaging to protect your products.

Most products are already ‘in stock’ and can ready to send. Some are ‘made to order’ and require 2-3 weeks notice for delivery.

Most Deliveries are done on a Tuesday. You will receive a delivery tracking code to track your order.
